Physiotherapy

Physiotherapists are an important part of any comprehensive primary health team. it is our goal to help people move well through a combination of exercise prescription, manual therapy, therapeutic modalities and education.

Both Katlyn and Shanjid have worked in outpatient orthopedic physiotherapy for their entire careers. they have treated patients with all kinds of conditions and learned from mentors and colleagues along the way.

They have worked in the sioux lookout area since 2019 and they know many of the other practitioners in the area. They recognize the strengths of the local people but also the barriers of living far from amenities that people in larger centers have access to.

they look forward to working with people to optimize movement, restore function, and maintain independence. they people here have a lot of snow to shovel, wood to haul, and fish to catch.
