Katlyn Glena ,RPT
Katlyn was born and raised in Sioux Lookout/hudson. she experienced a significant knee injury and subsequent surgery as a teenager which motivated her to pursue a career in physiotherapy.
she completed her bachelor’s of science in kinesiology at the university of waterloo in 2012, her Master's of Clinical Anatomy at western university in 2014, and graduated with her Master's of Physical Therapy from Western University in 2016.
Katlyn has over 10 years of experience working in outpatient orthopedic clinics and has taken additional training to treat pediatric and pelvic floor conditions.
She has had many great training and mentorship opportunities in the past where she worked alongside skilled therapists and underwent extensive development in her manual therapy skills and built on her pediatric and Pelvic floor therapist practice. She has undergone the following formal post graduate training:

Katlyn has an analytical mind and a thorough knowledge base in human anatomy. She enjoys assessing people with all types of concerns and figuring out the root cause. She has had many orthopedic injuries in the past and can empathize with people experiencing limitations to their mobility. She loves her home community and wants to provide the best possible service to the people of sioux lookout, hudson, alcona, lac seul, and other surrounding areas.
During her free time she enjoys spending time with her family, fishing, picking blueberries, Traveling, swimming, curling, playing tennis, and playing volleyball.
